Vehicles spawning in exploded?

Some of my DayZ players report their vehicles being blown up right after a restart. We're using the latest 1.7.7 with dayz.st

Is this happening to anyone else and if so, is there a known fix for this?

Are they banned vehicles?
If they are banned there is your answer. If they're not, its because of "Battleye" Cough* I mean piece of shit!

I've abruptly started having this happen to my AN2 biplanes. They were working when first setup, now on restart they explode in their hanger lol

As far as I'm aware the AN2 isn't banned and I can't imagine it'd be battleye unless they suddenly changed something that destroys biplanes but correct me if i'm wrong
