Vehicles Vanish when go near to vechicles

Hi,

Just not sure what is going wrong with our server, it happen when players go near to his vehicles it will just vanish in front of him..

Any 1 encounter this before? and would able to provide some advise where to check and look for?
 
Did you add them in via MapEditor? Because, they might vanish when you get close or blow up when you get in them.
NEVER spawn vehicles in by map editor.
But, if that's not the case...sniff*...I have no idea.
