What am I doing wrong? [Buildings]

Right, so I decided to add some custom buildings,

Started by adding it inside the Dayz Mission pbo

So I made my file 'diamond.sqf'

With
http://pastebin.com/45DF8c5z <- Shows the whole code

Then opened my init.sqf and put

[] ExecVM "diamond.sqf";

at the bottom

Yet nothings showing in the area, what am I doing wrong?

I've modified it and added another camp on the same map now though, erm..

So I'll try to follow your instructions and see where it goes? Lol
