Where to put fn_selfActions.sqf

Where do I put this file?

Trying to put this on my server http://dayz.st/w/Deployable_Bike/Motorcycle/GyroCopter

It says in the instructions: "Fixes\fn_selfActions.sqf";

You need to follow all the steps in that link if you haven't already though.
