Willing to pay for pbo work

I want my mission/server pbo modded to include

-Refuel
-Self Blood Bag
-Increased Heli crashes
-AI bandits (I can edit specs later if its simple enough)
-Sleep in tents heals
-Excelsior Bridge
-3 Decent sized bases
-barracks at fire stations in cherno/electro and balota
-custom loading screen (want you to design)
-admin tools (these http://opendayz.net/threads/dayz-admin-tools.8576/ )
-map markers of bases
-halo jump
-dome on an admin base (built by u) just outside cherno or elektro

Plenty of people who will do this without wanting money for it, myself included. It's also really REALLY easy to do yourself with a little reading and some patience.
 
Would you do so for me? I understand you'll work for free but allow me to pay you some amount for your time and effort. I managed to add ai's but everything else I've tried has ended with a endless waiting on host screen. I've tried to isolate the problem with no success. I've spent easy 8 hours attempting with nothing but failure. So I would like to just let someone who knows what there doing have a go at it.
