Z's in community base over running the place help

with the 1.7.7 update, our community base over now over run with Z's, members cant even gear up for going out with having 10-15 z's hassling them.

can anyone help with what i can do to stop z's spawning in this area please ? i use sarge's AI for bandits so i dont really want use AI around the base

I'm having the same issue, you could spawn survivor AI around the base which would shoot zeds and bandits though.
