Having an issue where the parachute is getting randomly deleted when doing halo spawn. No errors in RPTs. Any ideas?

Hi I'm trying to setup a server on my own machine, but when I try to connect locally I get stuck on the loading screen. In the HiveExt - cfgdayz command window there is some kind of Error. Something to with "Child" something or other. I have tried changing Host in HiveExt.ini to "localhost"...
