Stuck on loading screen

Hi

I'm trying to setup a server on my own machine, but when I try to connect locally I get stuck on the loading screen.

In the HiveExt - cfgdayz command window there is some kind of Error. Something to with "Child" something or other. I have tried changing Host in HiveExt.ini to "localhost" upon someone else's suggestion, but that hasn't helped.

I'm incredibly new to all of this. Please help

THis happened to me yesterday, and now somehow it fixed.

what i did inbetween not working and working was:

tried to use a private hive server instead - didnt work (different reason)
logged into my sevrer (using pwnzorz on lan with another computer)

after that i tried it on the same machine and it worked.
