I'm using all default code (just did a refresh) I only have dynamic spawns enabled, but anytime a player goes near or tries to loot the AI leader, it crashes Arma. any idea why?

Thats so strange. I had them spawning just fine then all i did was update your addons folder and boom all gone. Where would the -world=panthera2 need to be?

So i updated my addons folder exactly as specified and now my AI dont spawn at all. Rather than just back to my origional(which seemed to be broken somehow) I've just included the files here and maybe if one of you are kind and bored you can take a look and maybe spot something i fucked up.
The soldiers were in cammo clothing, the survivors were not lol.
I'm also not seeing nearly as many groups as i'm setting to spawn. I made a spawnpoint in the city with all three types, 4 groups of each, at 6 people per group.
That should have set like 80 or so AI in that place.. When i go...
