Correct because those weapons are currently not banned. They could be rebanned and others unbanned, it happens with almost every beta patch/dayz patch.

This will allow you to set up custom loot tables however it will not allow you to spawn things that are banned. The only way to make banned weapons or vehicles to spawn is to modify the mod. Which would require a client side download ex. rMod.

With control center, your servers mission is housed in MPmissions. If your trying to add auto fuel to your first instance it would read like so "dayz_1.MAP" so if its chernarus upload that one.
