Basicly the ability to remove parts is already in your dayz 1.8 code its just commented out and can be added to your server in under a minute.
Get your fn_selfactions.sqf from your dayz code.. dayz code > compile > fn_selfactions.sqf

It is a texture mod.. so it has to launch very early on with the game.. only way to do this is to launch the addon/mod in the launch parameters of arma.. so it cant be just an addon has to be launched with the game if you know what I mean. therefore it wont be visible in your mod unless you...
You could wait until dayz.st has ddos protection in chicago which they are working on getting up in a week or two. Other than that you wont find much DDoS protected servers for cheap other than there. But best of luck

I found out how to do this successfully and its actually very easy and cool.
On my new mod I am playing around with spawn points and its actually very easy!
To change the spawn points the coordinates like this

Pretty sure Nextasy has dealt with his fair share of antihack problems in his days.. just saying here..
But in all honesty these forums are open for a reason and its better to learn by digging through code and fixing it yourself or modding it yourself than to beg others to do it, you gain more...
