Problem solved, I had put the same GUID in 2x which apparently rendered the list useless. Thanks ShootingBlanks for all the replies!!!

Our SA private shard restarted on its own. The whitelist.txt file, I edited it via the admin control panel on Fragnet.

Does it take time for the list to update to BE after saving or should it be instantaneous?
