Look at the files from earlier versions of DayZ. There was an attempt to make this happen and there's some "prototype code" already done.
This could actually work with some good PVs, enableSimulation and setOwner commands.
Server files will be released when I'll consider them stable.
ATM they need some tweaks (most of the stuff is done, I guess).

It means what it says. Most times pops out when player died and player_spawn_2.sqf call playerSync - ignore.

I've tried to modify and port an earlier version from Epoch to Reality, but failed with HiveWrites.
I'm not even 100% sure that this is possible using the default schema and HiveExt.
This doesn't send any PVs so the effect is local on each client with a separate chance, thus ending up with players in the same time, having different effect.
Because we still have some code that needs fixing. Also considering that Josh is kind of MIA, we won't be able to push the updates fairly quickly to potential players.
It's gonna be there when we reach a "stable" release and hopefully this will be soon.
