Can someone using this with chernarus verify that they have it working fully? I use dayzCC for reference (bliss offshoot.)

It's a script that pulls and converts the location from a mission sqf. The thing is, I am trying to spawn over the waves of an ocean and while it all looks correct, when it loads into the server it spawns at the bottom of the ocean. All other buildings elsewhere work great.
I understand that and have set this to compensate but when it ends up in game it is at the bottom of the ocean. Could this be because I am utilizing the dayzz import buildings script?
How are people getting bridges in to SKalisty bychance then? What building is that for the bridge? I'm encountering issue with placing piers and them showing at the bottom of the ocean on server reboot.
This is still instantly banning my entire server.
Setpos does log sometimes when a player gets gunned down.
I have everything set to standard and my filter s line looks:
Filters = dayz-default, dayz-weapons-chernarus, dayz-gcam
I do use gcam and did restrict weapons to only default.
How do I go about getting this to work? When I run it, it bans my whole server. I use the most up to date dayz community banlist filters and my unknown files are hugeee.

Can you show me the lines under which these need to go? I run dayzcc, which is a modified blisshive with buildings. If you can show me the line directly above I'd really appreciate it, because then I can insert them in the right spot.

I've tried both. I use dayzCC, so I've done it via that loadout but would rather just shove it into the DB tables (which I've also tried.)
If anyone had the code to just do a loadout for what I posted above, I bet I'm doing mine wrong.
I want my players to startout with a makarov, beans, a soda, two clips of ammo and two bandages-- that is it.
Anyone have the code for this? When I try to do it myself people can no longer spawn in.
