We can't connect to this server, it always sits at "wait for host". I was able to connect when it first came up though.

The mod is not officially released yet, hopefully in the next few days everything will be worked out and it will be up on sixupdater/commander. I think they gave the server files to a few people early to make sure everything is working correctly.

Any clue if there is a server owner willing to host this? I hope at least one Namalsk 2017 server goes up :eek: Someone should make a post (or even better a video) on the dayzmod.com forum for the release. That would also help promote the Chernarus 2017.

Hmm, I've tried crafting arrows with basically every combination of wood/empty tin cans possible and I can't seem to figure out how to do it. They are keeping the new release pretty secret. They are definitely adding base building and including some of the changes made since dayz version 1.7.4.4. They're probably adding the crafting system as well (with any luck :D)...

Personally, I agree with Rocket when he says that the only AI in Dayz should be the zombies. Morphine and Antibiotics should be rare, but adding in AI guards is not the solution. When you add in AI guards/AI bandits, you create an atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to shoot on sight...
