Action Bar / Quick Bar Addon?

Hey Guys,

- Is there a Mod what shows an actionbar?
A Bar at the buttom of the screen that allows you to choose between your weapons?
I saw something like this on an epoch server and on several wasteland servers.

there isnt a public release that im aware of but it wouldnt be to hard to do, it would be a dialog that is always displayed at the bottom of the screen and clicking on the image would call a script that changes the weapon

i might take a crack at it since a lot would use it :)
