Adding heli lift, tow and npcs

I have tried many times to add these in with my current mission.pbo but every time I try I end up breaking my server.I would appreciate it very much if somebody could do it for me.

It seems that when i try to join the game i get a error saying Resource title BTC_Hud not found.

It works just fine thank you. Although where did you put the npcs just so i know.
