AI Swimming!

Heya,

I've noticed lately that A fair amount (6+ on last count) of AI will spawn out to sea. Normally in the Kamenka area.

They don't swim to the beach and get out. They just stay there moving around in small circles.

Seems a bit of a waste them just sitting there but in all honesty its not a big deal was just wondering :D
 
My guess is that they're dynamic AI that were spawned out in the water. Since dynamic AI tend to spawn in front of players, this may be more common in coastal areas. I will make an update so that dynamic spawns are canceled if the spawn position is water.
