AI Trader/Bartering

I know this is relatively complicated so I don't expect much.
I was hoping to put an AI on my server that would allow players to barter.
I.E.
If you wanted an M16, the trader would ask for 2 bloodbags and a can of beans or something.
Is this something that could be done and if so would anyone mind helping? I would love to help make this happen.
 
We are working on a Vending Machine script that might be able to be put onto a human also (we are hoping so at least). It is close to completion, we are just have some small issues. Message me if you are interested.
