Anti hack & hacker taking Admins PlayerUID

Like many admins I have an anti-hack and it's been great, a very helpful admin tool. I also have caught a bunch of hackers and starting feeling pretty secure. Until the past weekend when a hacker got the admins PlayerUID somehow assigned it to himself and used the anti-hack, as the admin, to kill everyone and destroy bases. I've since removed the admins PlayerUID from the anti-hack so he doesn't do it again. Now I'm wondering how I can ever use the anti-hack again without him doing the same thing? Any ideas how I could get around this issue? Can the admins PlayerUID be changed? If assuming the admin PlayerUID is so easy this is a very simple exploit.

Inifstar supposedly patched the method yesterday. He posted a new update and filters as well. Someone found out a backdoor to gain access to his tool ingame
 
Just that isn't the worst problem. BE has been down for over 24 hours and it still is so anyone who was previously globally banned is now unbanned and can wreak havoc on servers.
