this is a noob question its my 1st server so anyway how do you ipban people i really need this ?

Use Dart or Gotcha Both will do the job

There are other ways aswell, see what replies get added and decide what suits your needs

You can also add their IP manually to your ban list (bans.txt) in the following format.
[IP Adress] -1 [Ban message]
Example:

123.123.123.123 -1 Cheating/Hacking - Please go forum.hackerssuck.com to appeal ban.
