Changing the starting skin?

How would I go about changing the new spawn/starting skin from "Survivor2_DZ" to "Soldier1_DZ"?
 
Which database are you running? With bliss, there's an area where you can actually define the starting gear and that takes precedence over the default dayz gear.
 
I haven't used bliss in a while, but there is a table where you set initial loadouts. (or there used to be).

... If I'm going to reply, I should probably get a version of bliss database working so i can reference it while trying to help...

Sorry, hopefully someone that is actually using bliss can aid. I just know it's possible and wasn't that hard.
 
No problem dude, I think your referring to the "instance" table where you can set the inventory and backpack inventory.. But there's no option for the skin to be set or changed.. Atleast in mine there isn't :confused:
 
I can take a look for you when I get home tonight. I dont think it will be as easy as a simple Database change. Not sure though.
 
off the top of my head its the instance table that you edit for starting loadout, plus you can change the skins in the player login.sqf its the if statement with a load of normal skins then it says else survivor_dz you can change that survivor dz to what you want. im doing this off my phone so could be wrong
 
If you want all models to be Soldier1_DZ

EDIT: If you want to add Soldier1_DZ as a random skin let me know.
 
Cool thanks alot man, How would you make it so it's random choice of like three skins on spawn? ( Just out of interest )
