converting map files to database inserts

idk if this is the right place to ask, but is there a tool out there for converting a mission script to database cords kinda like this web page does it:

what i wantet to do was to place carspawns in the misson editor and then convert it to something the database can understand, but if i have to edit a script after running it through that site it will take ages ... (ofc i guess i only have to do it once)

i was just wondering if there was some kind of tool already made for this? ... before i sat down and spend hours editing manually
 
its working fine now, but the website is often very unstable ... anyways this is not what i need i need a tool that will covert to custimized values
