Create automated system messages ? : Pwnoz0r server

Hi,

I'm looking to create an automated system message about every 30mins for my server and I'm sorry to say I have no idea where to start, if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

My reason for doing this is my public IP changes from time to time and this makes my server appear offline in the dayz commander favorites list,
So I plan to setup an automated message warning players of this and to use the server refresh & filter option to find the server again should the server appear offline to them,
If anyone has a better solution to this please feel free to comment.

Hi thanks for the reply,

I have been looking at this but when I start up BEC i can see it initializes it also says so when in game but the messages are not working, Any ideas what I'm doing wrong ?

Got this working i had to remove the # from the Scheduler = Scheduler.xml command line.
