ive done the fix what I did b4 on pwns pack I changed 5 seagull to 1 and it seems to still stop people from joining? any idea how to fix this

5 = Kick
1= is create a log

Try this not sure cause never happend to me restriction #1

!="seagull" add this to line 2
Cause .txt ist starting at 0
So if you see a kick message ^^ remote - createvehicle restriction etc. #17 or something else #17 +1 to edit the right line.
