Creating or Developing a Arma 2 Map ?

im trying to find out where i go to start making a map for dayz as i have alots of time on my hands and im wanted to do something with it. ive seen some posts on here about map making and they didnt really help :/
i already have BI Tools as well as arma 2 world tools but ive google round and found nothing to actually help starting making a map

any help would be good :D thanks
