Custom Loading Screen Problem ?

So for some reason whenever you join my server it doesn't show the custom loading screen and gives you this error : http://i.imgur.com/7jsfrLA.jpg


I changed the dimensions to 1024x512 after looking at someone elses dimensions for a loading screen and I still get the same error.

Anyone know the problem ?

As far as I know, your custom loading screen MUST be 2048x1024. Any other size and it will error out.

It's because your resolution for the image is considered "odd". Use 2048x1024. The game will downsize it correctly if it needs to.
