Custom Loadout Help

I'm new to this forum, so I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to post this. I will start off by saying I have my own private server I just want to know how to make a custom loadout, I have absolutely no idea. Any tutorial, or quick how-to guide would be awesome! THANKS!
