Dayz 1.8 Login timed out

When I try to login after I have died I get to the new spawn selection screen and after choosing one of the spawns it will timeout and I will have to re-join which then leads to me getting in. Even with the new spawn selection disabled it will still time out on new players or players logining in after dying. Its a small thing but it is bothering me having to join twice to get in. Is anyone else getting this?

I have death messages enabled. Just tried disabling it with the same problem.

I just updated to latest pbo's from Dayz.st because they did some "fixes" and now I have this same problem

"We have fixed the bug from the Reality builder, pull fresh default pbo's to make sure you are using the updated files."

I can't remember if I had this issue before the fix or not. Fairly certain I did but can't remember. I still have the old pbos so after work I guess I'll give those a shot to make sure its not the new files.
