dayz admin menu with different levels of power req

hey i saw BluePhoenix175 admin menu and wanted to put different levels of power in it like admin moderator operator and stuff like that or even a donation system so if a player donates he get a menu with what he wants

this is all ready planed. i am in the process of adding several new features this being one of them
