Dayz Epoch Mission System Help Please

Currently I'm running an Epoch server on Dayz.st and I don't know how to enable the missions that come with the mod. I see them in my mission and server files but got no idea of what I'm supposed to do. All help is appreciated.

Vanilla Epoch doesn't have missions...are you talking about the Chernarus Mission System?

It does because the crates are spawning in with the right gear. I did not add any mission system it came with the mod. The only problem is that players arent being notified of the crates spawning in.
 
Oh you're talking about the supply crate drop? Not sure there's any notification for that.
