Dayz Server Admin need help

Dear all,

First thank you for all your topics on this forum, I found a lot of helpfull informations !

I am part of the admin team of a french no-pvp server community (www.demineurs.fr).

I would like to find someone (or many people if you are very friendly) who can help me to make some scripting actions on my server in order to provide to my users a more fun gaming experience.

What I've found is some mods/scripts that can help me like :
- http://opendayz.net/threads/dayz-how-to-add-additional-buildings-to-your-map.6990/ => for this one I've started to work on it and it seems ok
- http://opendayz.net/threads/unbanned-vehicle-list-by-arma2_oa_build_102678-ie-without-rmod.8277/ => this one is very interesting as it requires no client modifications (like rmod)
- http://opendayz.net/threads/simple-ai-tutorial-no-rmod-or-dayz_factions.8106/ => NPC
- dogs

So does anyone have some time for me and my community ?

No one can help me ? Even with a $$$ donation ? Please I really need this to offer a better gaming experience to a big community (about 40-50 regular players) !!

What I really need after some investigations :
=> What I first need is to allow banned vehicles to spawn without using RMOD (no client action required, or at least not visible one).

=> And then I would like to implement some NPC/factions/AI and dogs (not a priority) to give my players some fun by killing or work with them ;)

Did someone dealed with that ? It could be interesting to mix the two to allow players to create some bases and then protect it allowing only a few people to enter in.
