Changed our server from Taviana to Epoch.

Server IP: 178.32.172.39:2352

Main features:
- Self Bloodbag
- Vehicle repair/repair/rearm
- 800 vehicles
- custom start gear (including toolbox convertible to bicycle)
- AI Missions
- Active admins
- Godmode at Traders, safe backpacks
- Extra city and custom buildings added

Only Concrete/Metal will be indestructible, we will focus on hosting events.
