Epoch Side Chat description file

Hey guys.

So, on my DayZ Epoch server, side chat is dissabled, which is annoying.
When im searching for ways to fix it, this pops up: http://opendayz.net/threads/epoch-cherno-side-chat-disabled.10322/
Which is all good.


However, I cannot find the description.ext file anywhere. Is it hidden somewhere?
Where is it located? DayZ_mission.pbo? DayZ_server.pbo? Through FTP, like FileZilla?
Or maybe I have to make it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's in your mission.pbo (the pbo you have in your mpmission folder).

Oh right, found it now...

But I cannot open it?
What program can be used to open it? Does notepad++ work?

Edit: Ok, I tried using notepad++, and gonna log on to see if it works.
