Finding Vehicles Cherno 1.8.0.3 help

OOK Running a server with people hoarding vehicles ,Looked for locations in data it only shows where they spawn,My server doesnt have extra vehicles so ,Is there a way to make it tell me where and whos got all the vehicles in the server??? Also looked in RPT and only shows guid # and ID# it doesnt show a grid location or anything .Please help meh.
 
Ok NVM ,Thanks for so much help ,I found out how -_- NOW CANT GET Debug Montior to work ,Tried em all....Can someone that knows Help :/
 
The default 1.8.0.3 debug monitor is accessed by hitting the "i" key, then clicking on the journal/diary itself (NOT the crafting button). You are able to click through the journal/diary and see some general information on the first page, your humanity status on the second page, and then Zombie kills, headshots, bandit kills, and murders on the following pages.
