[FIX] Kick by bloodbagging

Hello all,
To fix the kick that bloodbagging causes, do this:

Find publicvarableval.txt and locate the line:

5 "titleText"

Change it to:

5 "titleText" !",\"titleText\","

Im having some trouble with publicvariable myself, everyone on my server gets kicked for #0 at random, has the file been updated? Uploaded the latest a couple of hours ago.
