Function after spawning. (How?)

Hello everyone.
What I'm asking is:
I would like to add a message or intro song when the player logs in the server. I've tried the bluegaming script but didn't work.

When the HUD icons showes up, there would be a good time to play the intro song, but where is that file? Does anyone know where do I find the function that showes the icons?
