Greetings all, new server in progress, require assistance please

Hello all, my name is Phoenix, 30 years old and really into Dayz Epoch, This is the first server my friend Chris and I have tried to build for Dayz and we would love it if some one is able to help us..

We have only just rented our own server and have been scripting it to the way we like for the last few days, a few issues here and there not working, and these are the ones we would really like some help with

a working custom debug monitor (with server time on it)
Lift and tow
Take Cloths

i have also heard about the ability to put an aircraft carrier on the map, this really interests me too and would love to know if it is possible, I can talk on here or on Pm, even though Skype if that would be easier.

Sorry to double post, been trying to get the lift and tow working, done everything step by step and we're not even getting any options, any idea
