Hacker Menu Installed on my server...

Apparently a hacker has installed Fonzy Infection menu v1 on my server that allows anyone to hack without being detected. How can i remove this asap?!
 
Yea i know this is a late response but restarting the server will fix anything that does not belong in the server in the first place so restarts will fix the hack menu but the hacker can just re inject after the restart so what i recommend is getting a Anti-Hack
