Having trouble getting Sarge AI to work.

I have tried installing several times. I have followed the instructions perfectly. When i load up game, I seem to get all the way to the end, and one of 2 or both errors pop up. " Oops something went wrong, blah blah" or " Loading chatacter data, please wait". and it just sticks there. I am running the Namalsk map on Dayz.st server, everything is up to date. No other mods are running. Thanks in advance.
 
Does the map run without SARGE AI ?

If yes, check how the error reporting for SARGE AI is supposed to be, use the template,and i'll have a look.

I tried everything again. Still no luck. It loads all the way past the intro screen then it goes black and I get an error that says " something went wrong, disconnect and try again." And yes the map works great without SARGE AI. Thanks .
