[help] Headshot Suicide Problems

I am new to running a server in Dayz and am using the PwnoZ0rs Private hive. I have been trying to add the Headshot Suicide script in to my server to no avail. I have followed all the steps provided and am still not getting any option to commit suicide.

Could someone include a step by step guide on how to properly install as there is not currently much info on it after searching for a fix.

I'm running PwnoZ0rs Private 1.8.03 and the suicide works fine. I downloaded Jok3r5's pack and it's very useful. Although annoyingly there's some things that don't work for me, that are in Jok3r5's pack!
