Help Needed, Server Installation does not deploy DB tables

Hi,

I followed the installation guide. However, in the guide it says nothing about the database tables that will be deployed in database to hold the ingame data such as characters, profiles, inventory etc etc.

Can you please guide me how can I deploy database structures / tables needed to run this server pack ?
