They will never release the files for everyone to use
Because they want to milk as much money out of it as possible.
Yeah, but you can only host a server through a provider, how? By paying for it.

It's a dead mod but there's a mini client on the forums here just search for itWhere can i buy it then?

There are tons of servers running origins with players on them and the forums are still active.
The developer has been away for a while and is back developing and supporting the users.
And there is still server providers that host origins servers.
But yeah there is a "mini client", haven't looked much into that one so can't say much about it.

And each week thetes less and less servers running it its dropped from a couple thousand to a few hundred servers in just over a month so dead might be harsh ...let me rephrase that. It's a dying mod

Yeah you won't find any news about Origins on Gamersplatoon but just because one place isn't supporting it anymore doesn't mean it's abandoned , you will have to visit the facebook page for info about the mod now: https://www.facebook.com/originsmod/timeline
I don't have time to look up where he posted that he was still working on the Mod (at-least support.) But if you look in the link you'll see some pretty new updates/info..
Do you want to rent a Origins server is that what you mean? And you want a link to that?
Just to clarify, "to buy" wouldn't be buy and use on your own server PC. You would need to rent a server trhough a server provider.

Google is your best friend or check with them on their facebook page. I don't do any work on Origins and don't use it in my software either so.
No problem, happy to help but I think your better of searching for that yourself on google. Cause thats what I would have to do to to find the answer since I'm not that familiar with Origins.
