Help with the tSw anti hack

Hi please i need help, im having a problem with my "The SilentWarrior Anti Hack" (tSw anti-hack) configuration, at the top of the monitor i have a box with a tsw anti-hack logo, behind it i have three bottons: "DataBase Connect - RCon Connect"; "Manual Update" and "Disconnect", if i press " database connect rcon connect", first it say me: "mysql" error and after that connected: and say me this message:

ask thesilentwarrior....if u bought it from him he will help you...if u didnt buy it you shouldnt and wouldn't be using it lol
