Help with wai on Tavi

I have installed wai on my tavi server. However the missions worked once then stopped and now ai doesn't seem to spawn at all. Was hoping for roaming or dynamic ai, where it was random where they spawned. for some reason it doesn't work at all.

Now just so you know i am not experienced when it comes to adding or modifying ai. Any help would be greatfully recieved.
