Hi guys how do i add %prefix% to server folder?

Basicly i want i noticed that my server.pbo had a prefix in it and it has gone i think that is why when i upload my mission.pbo it works with the server.pbo when both together i dont get this i get authentication error.

So how do i add prefix?
