Hive error : "Error loading required resources"

Hi everyone.
I used to create a server in 1.7.5.1 and make it run on my computer. It all worked just fine.
But now I want to host the same server, with the same files, on a Windows Server 2003.
It seems to launch, but after the "Mission read" step, I got an error message :

"Error loading required resources" and a code "HiveExt ce45a1f7524c"

This is the same error that got nerdygrey on this thread

It installed all redist files I could find but nothing works.
I hope someone could help me here !

Nope, I've double checked if the the files aren't read only since the problem seems relevant to an impossibility to write some file, but it gave nothing. I've got some update recntly but i tested it today. No progress ....
What have you tried so far ?
 
I have no idea,only installed Net framework 4,
and changed the username and password in HiveExt.ini to "root",didnt work...
