How do I edit Namalsk loot tables?

Im am wondering how to edit the namalsk loot tables to allow supply drops etc to spawn in with lots of military loot. I think this is definitely possible as i have seen it on many namalsk servers. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? If so would you mind helping me out and telling me how to do it?
