How do you add a missing loot Cfg via your dayz_server pbo or mission pbo\file?

I downloaded Tact's Taviana and it's missing dayz_code\Configs\CfgVehicles\CardboardBox.hpp so when a MedBox spawns it is empty. I haven't done this in a long time, but is it possible to #include the file CardboardBox.hpp in either dayz_server pbo or mission pbo\file? What are some other options if possible? Thanks.
