How do you run Epoch and Overwatch on the same dedicated server?

Hello, I am running a few servers on my dedicated server and I am in need of some assistance.

I have epoch 1.0.2.5 running well on my server. I installed overwatch 0.2.5 and got it up and running.
The issue is I kept the epoch database.dll, tbb.dll, and tbbmalic.dll.

How does one go about using more than one dll for different mods on one server?

The issue I am running into is on the overwatch server the starting loadout does not work correctly I am assuming its an issue with the dll.

Should be no need to have multiple dlls for that, starting loadout could be your mission pbo. I'm assuming you're doing starting loadouts through your database or is it in your pbos?

The epoch one runs in the mission. The Overwatch is from the DB. The dll's come packaged with epoch and Overwatch. they are different sizes as they epoch is based on older version of dayz code while overwatch is on 1.8.
